Very nice and well furnished home stay in Mumbai with very affordable price ..owner tanmay is very cooperative and polite..spent really great time.
Comfortable Beds, cleaned twice a day.

4 Nights stay was very good.
Receptionist are helping to know easy ways for travel around. I went to Juhu beach and Carter Road Khar side so near. I liked it. Plus they have place to eat and for Drinking water RO filter is new, Airconditioner Room are so chilled.
Sometime need to ask to raise the temperature.

This is 3rd class management If I went to tie, they were hitting chemicals and in bed Mosquito mite was in the bed Very bad condition, they took my money first I have been sitting for an hour so I have come from far away But no response
I came yesterday after traveling for 16 hours but the room was not ready! The area was very poor!, we lived in the beds, bed bugs Everything was coming! Annoyed me for an hour And took the money first and also filled the form Then say that you will need bed time All these worthless people harass others for money and for their own needs The area is completely flooded and no one is leaving
We were really surprised that the staff wanted to take picture of every single document of identity we had (passport, polish ID card and driver’s license) and felt pretty uncomfortable with that. More than that we got charged extra for wanting to change the bed with a charging space (which was included in booking). There is different pricing for each level of bunkbeds, but it’s not distinguished on booking, so be prepared to pay a little extra if you want a little more comfortable space. We also had an unpleasant situation with some other guest, who was drunk/drugged and started a fight with other guest (it got pretty physical). The aggressive guest didn’t got thrown out at the moment (he should have been according to the rules we read), but the morning after and staying in one room with that person for the night made us feel pretty unsafe. The neighbourhood is good though, with some amazing food and the Juhu Beach is nearby. The hotel was clean in general, but there were bedbugs.
