We had the Mango shake with raw mangos. Similar to Mango Blast of Falahaar in Pune. The taste was lovely and love the concept on in-car dinning which you don’t usually find here. The service is great, they ask you to pay in advance though. You can feel the breeze from the sea.
Had a wonderful experience enjoying a tasty, piping hot pav bhaji here! The food was absolutely delicious, flavourful, and served fresh, making it perfect comfort food. The setup is lively and enjoyable, and the location right at Marine Drive adds to the overall charm of the place.
There were plenty of staff members around, and all of them were attentive, friendly, and ensured quick service despite the crowd. The atmosphere, combined with great food and excellent service, makes it a perfect stop while strolling along Marine Drive. Definitely a must-visit spot for pav bhaji lovers!
I had fruit punch exotic (₹200). It was very refreshing to drink and pretty good in taste. The cost is definitely a bit high especially considering that no seating is there and we need to practically drink/eat on the road. The service was pretty average, crowd management must be better and the waiters need to be more responsive.
Bachelor’s at Chowpatty is not a full-fledged shop; it’s more of a small outlet located just beside the railway line. We visited in the afternoon when the sun was right overhead, and there is no proper seating area available. We somehow managed to sit on the nearby plant seating, which wasn’t very comfortable, especially in the heat.
That said, the food completely made up for it. We ordered their pizza, and it was absolutely mind-blowing—fresh, flavorful, and totally worth it. The taste exceeded our expectations and made the experience memorable despite the basic setup.
Overall, if you’re visiting for the food and not the ambience, this place is totally worth it. Loved the pizza and would highly recommend giving it a tr
I’ve been having sandwiches from Bachelor’s since childhood as we live just a few kilometers away. Back in the day, their sandwiches were undoubtedly among the best in Mumbai — fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the quality and taste have declined drastically. The sandwiches now taste quite ordinary, like any regular street-side vendor’s. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in standards, and I honestly don’t see myself revisiting anymore.
