This studio has air conditioning problem b wing 2nd floor , we r coming for dance class , ac is not working there , dnt book this studio.
A very bad experience with the studio..there is no customer care, they dont even revert back properly..infact there is no co ordination among the team also..would never recommend it..
The owner does not take up calls..and the team does not help to solve your issues..
Quite better options available in mumbai compared to byou which is waste of time and energy
The studio was big and spacious, any issues were resolved promptly, decent pricing, and the location is also convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

Our experience with Byou was more than pathetic.
The staff is extremely uncooperative and very rude.
They do not have basic equipment and proper lights and still take up bookings.
They just have one white backdrop.
The owner Parth doesn’t take up calls and the the staff when asked for basic stuffs like chair they vanish.
Paise lene ke time pe they will put all the blame on the customer saying you never asked that you wanted different backdrops.
This is my second bad experience with them
Had thought to give them another chance but they can just not improve I m never ever going back.
