I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in expecting basic professionalism, but the service was completely unacceptable. The staff was careless, rude, and in a hurry, and they didn’t bother to listen to what I wanted. My hair was handled roughly, the final result looked nothing like what I asked for, and the overall attitude was just horrible.
For the prices they charge, the quality should be far better. Instead, I walked out frustrated and dissatisfied. Absolutely not worth the money or the time. I will not be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had a strange experience here, I asked them what kind of facials you have and how will those benefit me. One guy at counter told me that I will get no change whatsoever first time. That there won’t be a drastic change and I have to do facial every time I go out in sun
I mean we stay in Mumbai.
They made me wait for 30 min only to tell me that it will take another 30 min
Either i can wait or go to another salon

May be they should learn how to speak to customers who have doubts and looking for a suitable option for them
I have been. Coming here for last 4-5 years and it has always been very satisfying to get haircut & other relevant procedures. Thank you Nisha & Team for this wonderful association and taking care of the customer needs.
