We went to Bombay City Eye Institute via recommendation from our cousin and it was a great experience. From the initial meeting with Dr. Saumil Kothari, all the way to the cataract surgery and post surgery checkup, it was seamless.
All technicians were efficient and courteous. Precilla was our point of contact - she was responsive and answered all our queries. She explained the details and scheduled the surgery date we preferred. Prarthana helped us move the post surgery checkup date and made sure we had the appointment rescheduled.
Dr. Kunil did the post surgery examiniation - he was really kind and gave clear directions on post surgery care.
On all days - initial checkup, surgery and follow-up days - Dr. Saumil made us feel very comfortable and addressed all our queries. He constantly provided updates as the surgery progressed which really helped with the anxiety and gave us confidence in the whole process.
