Amazing pet shop! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Sameer (sales boy) he was very patient, knowledgeable, and guided us perfectly according to our pet’s needs. He really deserves special appreciation as he is very attentive, very kind and genuinely cares about pets... The shop has good variety of products and everything is well organised. Really happy with the service... Highly recommended for all pet lovers!
Must compliment the owners of the shop. Very pleasant and most welcoming. Very sound professionally too on basics veterinary problems and their remedies. I wish them success in their carreer. and long business challenges
The Best Pet Store one should visit with everything that you could ever think off giving to your loved ones, all under one roof. Excellent service with genuine advice from the owners, Sampat and Bhagyashree and their team, whose passion for animal radiate from their dealings. I can't think of going anywhere else when it comes to careing for my beloved furry.
Very poor products. They gave cheep quality heater and fishes were dead in aquarium. It’s a dangerous place to buy aquarium products and they won’t take any responsibility
We had recently rescued two 2-month-old kittens and consulted a veterinarian, who prescribed Bolfo/Notix powder for flea treatment. Unfortunately, the product was unavailable at Arya pet store, and the staff recommended an alternative, assuring us that it was a “medicated” flea treatment suitable for the kittens.
What they failed to disclose—or possibly did not realize—was that the product was toxic to young kittens, resulting in severe toxic shock shortly after application. The kittens began exhibiting serious symptoms, including foaming at the mouth and extreme drowsiness, which prompted an emergency visit to the veterinarian. It was a distressing experience for us and the couple who supported the rescue.
Thankfully, the kittens received prompt veterinary care and are now in recovery. We are closely monitoring their condition and remain hopeful that they will make a full recovery without long-term neurological effects.
This incident has been a difficult and eye-opening experience, emphasizing the importance of using only vet-prescribed products, especially with young or vulnerable animals. We sincerely hope no other rescued or domestic animals face a similar situation due to misinformation or inappropriate product recommendations
