Great set up....extremely approachable teacher and support team....vey very well planned class structure with assignments that ensure that we practice....the web platform has everything....even a digital piano where we can clearly see what the teacher plays and the teacher can see us.....they provide class recordings and access to study materials as well....so that we can keep going back and revising whenever we want.......
Flexible class schedule, group performances, interaction with experts, you name it and it's there.....classes are suitable for all age groups....they even guide us through international certification exams.....loved everything and hope to keep learning

I am truly grateful to be a part of this amazing platform. I have been learning under the guidance of Ms. Jyoti Debnath, who is not only an exceptionally talented singer but also a highly knowledgeable and inspiring teacher. She constantly encourages me to take on even the most challenging songs and always expresses confidence in my abilities, which motivates me greatly.
I thoroughly enjoy her classes and appreciate the dedication and passion she brings to teaching. Artium Academy has filled my life with music and provided me with numerous opportunities to participate in shows and performances, each of which has been a valuable learning experience.

My daughter has been learning from Lakshmi Priya ma’am and she is one of the most patient, kind and melodious teachers. Thank you ma’am.

We had to re register for the next course and Akshay Subash, the Lead with the support team was again extremely patient, kind and supportive. In spite of my erratic schedules and multiple postponement, he worked through the process and helped me book more classes. Thank you, Akshay.

I had scheduled a demo class for my child 2–3 days in advance, but the academy did not turn up as planned. Till the last minute, they kept sending invites and reminders—even though their teacher never showed up. To attend this class, I had rescheduled all of my child’s other classes and even adjusted my office timings. This was especially disappointing as it was for a small child, and I expected the academy to value our time and the child’s interest. Clear communication and reliability are crucial, especially when
working with young children. I hope the academy takes this feedback seriously and improves their scheduling and commitment.

I'm a bit disappointed with our experience at Artium. My daughter has been taking online classes, but there are a few ongoing issues. Sometimes the internet on the teacher's side doesn't work properly, and classes often end 5 to 7 minutes early. On top of that, another 5 to 7 minutes are spent just booking the next slot. While scheduling is understandable, losing a significant chunk of class time each session—especially with the high fees—is frustrating.

Over 10 sessions, we’ve lost nearly an entire class's worth of time. It really feels like there’s no accountability for ensuring the full class time is used.

My daughter even asked me not to mention any teacher's name, worrying it might affect them. But this is a broader issue—one that the team should be monitoring. Are all students getting the full hour they’re paying for?

I’ve attached screenshots as proof. Sadly, I won't be enrolling my daughter again. I feel in-person learning will be more effective and reliable.
