I am a Central Government officer.
I recently booked 4 cartons of my personal effects,as I was transferred to another city.The services were prompt and professional.For govt employees,to claim the expenditure for transportation of personal effects,we have to submit insurance copy of the truck and drivers license,in addition to payment receipt.However,when demanded,the Arpit Logistics person stated playing Dilly dallying tactics and ultimately did not provide it.Had it been demanded by transport authority/RTO would he had played the same tactics.So govt employees while transporting their goods, should clarity before booking with them.
Our experience has been very good. The items were delivered before time for Mumbai to Jaipur as well as Mumbai to Rajkot. Also, the price was also reasonable. Would recommend the service provider.
Never recommended and very Unprofessional manager jaisingh and staffs doesn't know how to speak, very rude behaviour, always damaging and mishandling materials and when asked for tracking status , always saying we don't know wher is you parcel.
When received parcel physically boxes were torn and few parts were damaged.
This logistics should be shut down immediately.
Biggest Fraud logistics in Mumbai, our dealer had booked a door delivery parcel on 18/09/2023 containing PVC panels of 36 packet through Arpit logistics, Sakinaka, Andheri east Mumbai To Goa with door delivery, They promised us for delivery within 3 days and our parcel has not been delivered at our door step till 23/09/2023 6 Days . When we approach to Arpit logistics they refused to track our details and was providing wrong fake information about delivery. Also they have toture and mentally harrassed us in such panic situation we had to visit the Goa logistics department and found out our parcel was lying there and they refused to deliver at our place, our products were damaged very badly which had brought the situation to a loss of money The logistics branch in goa forced us to arrange our own transport only Later we had no option to arrange our own transport for delivery bearing extra transportation money,
They are scammer and fraud logistics I humbly request to all our consumer not to book transportation through this 3rd class Arpit logistics. I am putting this review so that in future no consumer get trapped like us.
I used their service twice. Once to ship my bike to Ladakh (and back) and once a few packages to Goa. The package was in perfect condition and the person I was in contact with Mr. Jaisingh, gave me an update about the whereabouts of the package everytime I called. It sure is a little rudimentary service on the technology front, but I think it's the best you can get at the price they offer.
