Worst service .. garment came after months and was not proper and all we collected
After alteration they actually made me pay for the delivery charges

Worst experience ever with this designer. I spent over a lakh on a gown and honestly, it doesn’t even look worth 3k. The finishing, the fit, the quality – everything is extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was promised.
To top it all, the “designer” packaging was just a cheap plastic bag. For the amount they charge, this is beyond insulting and nowhere close to a luxury or couture experience.
The staff is absolutely unprofessional and careless. The manager and Shabana blatantly lie, saying Archana isn’t available when she is literally standing right in front of us. Zero transparency, zero respect for clients.
They work completely half-heartedly, show no accountability, and have no sense of timelines. Despite repeated follow-ups, they don’t deliver on time and keep giving excuses instead of solutions. For the price they charge, the service and overall experience are shockingly bad. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent work, both Archana ji and her daughter were extremely helpful in recommending pieces that go with my functions. As someone who prioritises comfort, I can say that the garments fit like a glove, and looked great! Received many compliments for the same as well. Would come again!
Absolutely atrocious behavior of the owner. Owner claims a big designer experience, and freaked out when pointing out clear differences in work and how one leg or side of blouses have completely different work or pieces than the other side. Proceeded to blame medical reasons for her inability to discuss and admit fault with clients and then yelled at the group. Owner walked out on the clients twice and then proceeded to yell saying she’s never sold her self respect when being asked to recognize the differences in the clothes. See pictures below to confirm clear differences in work on both sides.
When we tried to level with the owner and say let’s just get a refund and forget all of this, owner proceeded to admit zero fault and refuse to give a refund. Then proceeded to walk out again out of frustration.
One of the best decision I made buying lehenga from Archana Kochar. I’m not a big fan of labels but when I saw the lehenga I just fell in love with it. I bought the lehenga online and I did feel nervous Bz I was not sure if it would look the same or look good one me. But when I finally tried after 3months I just had a awww moment. It was light weight, great work and design, true to size and everything was Perfct.
I wore it for my Sangeeth, and people just couldn’t stop complimenting on how beautiful it looked on me.
