The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness throughout our two-month stay, and the housekeeping manager, along with the top management, was consistently courteous and accommodating. Their willingness to go the extra mile made our long stay truly comfortable and pleasant, and we deeply appreciated their warm hospitality.
The hotel is quite near to the airport which is the only advantage it has. The rooms are ok. But in the room I stayed the shower wasn’t working at all. The water was just a trickle and complaining about it had no effect. Restaurant has a decent menu.
This was by far the worst room I've stayed at. This hotel showed up as a 4 star property and reviews were good so I booked it. The hotel notably gave me a smoking room(surprising). The horror began the moment I entered. Walls were chipped, stained and generally unkept. The pillows were of extremely poor quality.
Also, pictures are extremely deceiving. The building is right in the middle of chaos. And looks a 100 years old.
Felt like it was a staff room or a laundry room converted for guest use.
The staff were helpful and acknowledged issues but did nothing about it. So no point acknowledging it.
If you are assigned room 514, please do not take it unless you don't like yourself.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to the airport. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast, the food and overall experience were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists or anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Mumbai.
I really enjoyed the cottage cheese steak by Chef Aziz and ate it everyday that I was there! The breakfast spread is limited but really fresh. And it’s all very palatable. Our servers- Godson, Abhishek, and the manager there really treated us so well. Felt like home. Overall I would highly recommend!
