Completely unreliable and dangerous. Two serious failures in two days:
1. Ordered a cream urgently while seriously unwell. Despite repeated follow ups, no communication, no answered calls, only messages saying they“sending”, order arrived after 2 days after harrowing them for a response.
2. Ordered Ocuvir 800mg as per my doctor's prescription for chickenpox treatment - they sent 400mg instead. When flagged, their response was to exchange it "tomorrow" as it's Sunday. As a patient on a time-sensitive antiviral, missing or delaying the correct dose has real medical consequences.
A pharmacy dispensing the wrong medication dosage is not a minor error, it is a serious medical risk. A formal investigation must take place into this and I strongly caution anyone from relying on this store for prescription medication.
When ever showed them any prescription they don't have medicine. Always asking to visit back next day.

These people take 20-25 minutes at the counter to serve one person at the pharmacy and they have a very outdated system and if you call for home delivery they take upto 2-3 hours in 1km radius and the worse is they are very irresponsive on the phone when you are trying to track your order and they don’t care . I belive the stuff they sell is not up to the mark and noble and other local pharmacy are much better . Plus don’t take the membership they try to sell you . It’s the worse thing ever . It hardly works
Pathetic service. Despite the 30-min delivery promise with membership, they never honor it. Medicines are often unavailable, and they insist on prepayment—no UPI on delivery. Customer support is slow and unresponsive and unsupportive. Had a bitter experience last time too.

Terrible Pharmacy & Delivery Service
This Apollo Worli pharmacy is by far the worst I have encountered. Their delivery service is incredibly slow, consistently taking 2-3 hours to deliver orders. They often call to promote offers and claim to provide home delivery, but their service is always delayed. If you're going to advertise delivery, at least ensure the service is reliable.
Additionally, the in-store experience is just as disappointing. Despite being regular customers and ordering frequently, the staff completely ignores us. They don’t seem to know how to properly manage the store, and it's frustrating as loyal customers.
