Neat and clean shop. But software system not working properly. I have ordered a medicine through visit app. They confirmed it. Accepted prepaid order. When I reach shop, they answered medicines are out of order. It's very shocking.
Such a big name and couldn’t even have simple band-aids in stock.

They mislead patients, add unnecessary treatments/tests, and charge way more than what’s required. Pure looting in the name of healthcare. No transparency, no honesty — just a money-making machine. Please double-check everything they suggest and always ask for a written cost breakdown. Don’t fall for their tricks. 600 rs looted
Humble and friendly environment towards customers, really good staff..they can also delivered my medicines in morning 7am
Worst pharmacy store I've ever been to. Basic medications are not available. Staff is rude and doesn't even pay attention to what you want. When asked about a medication they say it's available and later deny saying it's not in stock after making you wait for a long time. Even on providing a proper dated prescription, they deny essential medicines saying that it should be from certain specific practicing doctors in the area only. Apart from that, the staff at the counter make a mockery of customers and doctors by saying things like - "hum bhi doctor hi hai" , I doubt a pharmacist is even present at all times here, let alone a doctor. I would definitely suggest everyone to avoid this shop and would suggest Apollo to take a strict review and check what kind of staff they have employed here. Instead of buying medicines from here, it's best to order it online from their app, at least you won't have to deal with rude staff calling themselves doctors. 🤡
