Pros: The help and the front desk were very responsive. They are the reason for the second star. The location is pretty good.
Cons: The rooms and beds/pillows are unclean and unhygienic. I got a room had mold or fungus or something. Got a sore throat and cough that screwed up my entire stay and afterwards as well.
The photos are misleading. The rooms, and more importantly the air, feels unhygienic.
Poorest service today, the staff Refused to give me room. I already had Whatsapp message also 1 week in advance. Their staff confirmed in phone, but today they refused
Misbehaving and asking for RS.1000 extra for special entry at 9am today...

Great location for family.
Room had a queen bed and a separate single bed for daughter.
On 3rd floor, no stairs, but staff helped with luggage on calling them.
Location walking distance to Irla street and Andheri Station.
Overall clean and safe.
