Overly expensive and real poor quality of work
Shame on the business. Your standard response of taking customer complaint seriously is not genuine. The very poor quality of work you have done and the extended timeframe you have taken along with the exorbitant fees you have charged makes me wonder what kind of dirty business are you running? I would recommend people not to go here ever again. My clothes were returned, very filthy and dirty as well. I have to have them all dry cleaned now

Very professional and courteous approach to customer support. The person picking up jacket for home delivery was well informed and gave advise on necessary alterations. Delivery was made within 5 days. Fit was perfect and when everyone said jackets cannot be done, Alterdry did an excellent job. Definetly reccomended.
This is my first time trying out this alteration service by AlterDry, and they didn't disappoint me and my husband. 😊 We were struggling to find a good quality of alteration workmanship. The home visit service is a bonus and the pricing is affordable, so it is all worth it. AlterDry will definitely be my go-to tailor for their services.
Came upon this service on a Google search since our local tailor shops refuse to do alterations. Not only does this company provide alterations they come TO YOU!!!! Our craftsman communicated clearly and was professional and courteous during our consultation. The work was done on time and delivered at home. 100% recommended
Very happy with their service. They altered the clothes to the right dimensions and more importantly, no trace of the fact that it is altered. The clothes look as good as new. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
The "picking up" process could be a bit more streamlined though. Felt there was a lot of back and forth. I ended up going to Sewri and giving the clothes on my own as I happen to live near by. But if that is smoothened, the experience could be even better.
