Very pathetic service..not providing lr any time..Sometimes material is not unloaded till hours..No proper reply for despatch of material..disappointing in service day by day
Extremely disappointed with Ajanta Transport. The service is absolutely pathetic—there's no proper communication, no one available to respond to queries, and deliveries are always delayed. To make things worse, instead of taking responsibility, they blame the customer and say things like, *"Who told you to send it via our transport?"* This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Would not recommend them at all.
Cooperative staff but no direct service for bhiwandi/ thane for Amazon sellers. Pls consider fir direct service.
Very Bad Service by hole management. One consignment hold for 5days at delivery point (vasai). After so many wrong commitment by staff and senior people they forgive the value of customer.
No recommended to any shipper to give work to this transport.
