We have had many of our trips booked with Arena. I would like to share one instance in particular. Recently we had trouble finding flights to USA amidst the tensions but Farooq Bhai helped us until we found the right tickets keeping in mind the minimum layover and reasonable pricing. I recommend Arena and especially Farooq Bhai to anyone looking for hassle free travel.
Farooq is exceptionally prompt in his responses and has an impressive ability to make the impossible possible—especially with last-minute flight bookings. I was highly impressed by his turnaround time and his solution-oriented approach. Rather than focusing on obstacles, he actively looks for ways to make things work. I would highly recommend Farooq and his company for all domestic and international flight bookings.
Did a 5 day trip to Coorg/ Mysore in Jan. The trip was good. Our driver Somashekhar was excellent, he made us feel safe throughout. We were able to cover all sites as planned, except Nagarhole. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the closure, so we could plan something different for that day
The hotels were both good with all required amenities. We specifically enjoyed our stay at Gokulum grand, the service, food and accommodations were excellent in Coorg.
We had got excellent service for international booking tickets also return journey.
Utmost care was was taken to save the money by searching all alternatives .
Besides took all efforts ,for convenience of booking for copassengers.
it was great patience displayed by the manager shri farrooqji to cater to the required needs .
In my case he took out time from his sojourn and done my booking without any hesitation.Always availalable at odd hours.
Highly recommended for theirs commendable work.
