Had a very smooth and pleasant experience at the Prabhadevi Centre this morning. Ms. Kruti was extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the blood test process. Her calm nature and efficiency made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service.
I booked an online home visit for a CBC test, and the experience was excellent. Technician Mrs. Sanjana Kalkar arrived on time and was very professional. She drew blood in a single prick, which made the process quick and comfortable.The soft copy of the report was shared on WhatsApp within just 3 hours, and the hard copy along with the bill was provided the next day.Overall, it was a smooth, fast, and reliable service. Highly recommended for home blood test services.
