I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received from your front desk receptionist, Pallavi Shinde.
While your facility maintains an impressive GBR rating and clearly operates with technical excellence, the front-end customer service is unfortunately failing to meet those same standards. I called to seek basic support and information, only to be met with a dismissive and incredibly rude attitude from Pallavi.
A business is often judged by its "first point of contact." When a representative lacks basic courtesy or a helpful demeanor, it reflects poorly on how the company values its clients. It is disheartening to see a high-performing lab’s reputation compromised by such unprofessionalism.
I truly hope management addresses this. Technical expertise can only take a company so far; if the communication is this poor, it will inevitably hinder your growth and drive loyal clients elsewhere.
Visiting the Shivaji Park outlet for years. Excellent service. Prices a bit high, hope they will moderate. Fast turnaround and efficient technicians especially Kanchan & Vijaya + reception staff. Recommended.
The service is swift and the staff here is very nice and approachable. When collecting samples the doctors are very professional with pain. You won’t even realise that the sample has been collected. It’s my preferred choice since many years.
