Hi I would like to give feedback about Anita Gawali Technician at Matunga/ Sion.
First I would like to appreciate SRL for its quality Services but takes lot of time in booking. However it begins with the Technician wherein one has to maintain time. I have seen many Technicians but Anita Gawali is very good in terms of maintaining time , she is very punctual, has a very positive attitude. Whenever I have given a call to her I always received immediate response from her even if it requires giving some one else's reference as per the test requirement. She is extremely professional with a personal touch. She is definitely an Asset to SRL, she deserves to be recognized and a better role as she fits to handle Team. This has been my observation and I will be delighted as a customer in employee like Anita Gawali being motivated for her own and SRL's success.
