I had an excellent experience at AFCare physiotherapy centre and wanted to share my honest feedback.
I visited the clinic due to a severe cervical (neck) issue. The pain and stiffness were so intense that I could barely move my neck, and it was affecting my daily routine and sleep. That’s when I started my treatment with Dr. Shrutika.
From the very first session, she was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to properly understand my condition and explained the root cause in a simple way, which gave me confidence in the treatment plan.
The combination of IFT (Interferential Therapy) sessions and the specific exercises she recommended worked wonders for me. Within just 4–5 sessions, I experienced a significant improvement, and eventually, I completely recovered. The stiffness reduced, mobility came back, and the pain was gone.
What stood out the most was her attention to detail and how she ensured I was doing each exercise correctly. She also guided me on posture and preventive care, which I found very helpful.
I would also like to mention Asif, who was very helpful in managing appointment timings. He was always accommodating and ensured that scheduling was smooth and convenient, which made the entire experience even better.
