I had a very pleasant stay at Adiva Residency. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and easy to reach.
A special thanks to Shradha for her excellent hospitality. She was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her friendly nature made the stay even more comfortable.
Housekeeping by Santhosh was very good. He kept the room clean and neat throughout our stay. Appreciate his hard work.

A lovely stay in Mumbai. Very easy to get around. Excellent staff, especially Shridha at breakfast, the reception team and the housekeeping team. My room was kept perfect and travelling solo I felt very safe and looked after.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient with easy access to Raudat Tahera and Saifee Hospital.
The staff are ever helpful, polite, and friendly. A special mention to Ms. Shardah during breakfast—always smiling, really sweet and courteous, and quick to check if we wanted tea, coffee, or anything else. She even brought us a special ginger tea, which was excellent 👌
Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.
This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Mumbai. Located right in the centre, it makes it easy to get around.
The staff are all very welcoming - special mention for Ashif, who served me some very nice meals in the restaurant. The place is clean and offers a nice break from the chaos of the city.
It's not easy to find a decent hotel in this area, this one is a great option.
As a bonus, I had a cool view of the city from the 11th floor.
Very clean and professional staff all around. Everyone is very helpful and go the extra mile for you. The hotel is centrally located so traversing is very viable. Excellent service by the dining staff, kind caring and very attentive. Sirin, outstanding young man who serves you with attentiveness! Thank you making the best coffee every morning.
Lets's not forget the amazing cleaning who kept the rooms and hallway miticously clean.
Iftikar hussain, was the one who seem to take care of the full cleaning of my room most of time. He was very hard working and dilligent, leaving no stone unturn!
