Appointment and patient queue management is very poor. On call my appointment number was 10 but after coming to clinic it became 20. Doctor is good and knowledgable but usually never on time. They need to start becoming more timely.
Worst Experience
Last month, I had called to book an appointment with Dr. Rajesh Rohira. The receptionist informed me that it was on a first-come, first-serve basis and that I would need to visit the clinic. I went to the clinic at 7:30 pm, as she said the doctor would arrive by 8:00 pm. However, even after waiting for 2 hours, there was no sign of the doctor. When I asked the staff, they kept saying he would arrive in “half an hour.” I waited until 11:00 pm, but the doctor never came.
After a month, on 4th September 2025 at 8:00 am, I called again to check the doctor’s timings. I was told he would arrive by 10:30 am. Upon visiting, I was suddenly informed that an appointment was required.
The next day, on 5th September 2025, I called again, but none of the staff gave me an appointment. I tried again today, 8th September 2025, in the afternoon. The receptionist told me that all appointments for the day were already full. Later in the evening, I called once more to book an appointment for tomorrow morning, i.e., 9th September 2025, but this time they asked me to call again at 8:00 am tomorrow.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Who will take responsibility for the patient’s condition? Despite repeatedly informing them that it is an emergency.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Rajesh Rohira Sir for his expert treatment of my clavicle fracture. The Hospital is good. Also the doctors are very professional. Overall it is the best hospital related to bone fractures and so. But the only illogical thing is it's position in the building..
Being a well-known hospital for fractures, the hospital itself is situated on the first floor. And it would be a nightmare for those with a leg fracture to climb up and down the stairs. And even the security doesn't allow to use the lift in any emergency situation. This makes me rate it 3 stars.
Amazing doctor . My visit to Jim
Was around 12 years back with an ankle pain and he treated it with ease . My husband went to him just thrice in these years and today he is just leads a carefree life . All thanks to his support. He has a long waiting hours simply because he is tight packed with his schedule and these appointments do take time and people take time in these appointments. Highly recommended
