Aditi hospital, according to me, is one of the best in Mulund. I met with an accident and had to get operated. I consulted with a friend (Dr. Subramanian Natarajan) and he immediately referred me to Dr. Shailendra Patil. The surgery was seamless and I really appreciate the entire staff of Aditi hospital as they don't unnecessarily hold the patient for longer. The entire staff of assistant doctors, nurses, ward boys, attendants are extremely courteous and ready to help whenever we need them.
Highly recommended!
Overall, my experience at the hospital was average. The doctors were knowledgeable and provided proper treatment. The staff was okay, though communication and coordination could be improved. The hospital is clean and well maintained, but service efficiency needs some improvement. The facilities need improvement. In the twin sharing room, there was no proper dim light, which was inconvenient at night. Also, the AC was not working initially—after a few hours, a technician came, but even after servicing it was not functioning properly. It started cooling properly only later in the night on its own. The hospital is clean, but such basic facility issues should be addressed more efficiently.”
NO, JUST A BIG FAT NO.
I recently visited Aditi Hospital for a MINOR surgery as recommended to me by Dr. Shrirang Yadwadkar (my surgeon). While I have nothing but good words and gratitude for Dr. Shrirang, the staff, the resident doctors and the overall administration at Aditi Hospital made my entire experience quite abysmal and displeasing.
The state of rooms post my operation was beyond terrible. The bed had weird stains and marks, the bed cover had stains, the bedsheets was that old state of white that happens after one too many washes and was smelling horrible, the bed and pillow was hard as a rock, the washroom had wires running through it and the structure in general looked like it would fall any minute - all this after paying for a PRIVATE ROOM (check attached photos).
But I think the real nail in the coffin was their hospitality, absolutely unhinged. We were given a room close to the nurses station, and it was noisy as hell. It was only me and my mom sleeping in the room and their staff - both male and female, would come in and out at of our room at their will, without knocking or without waiting for our approval. The administration staff is also not well versed with the mediclaim policies.
The worse is yet to come. 1 and 1/2 hour after my anaesthesia came off, a resident doctor came in to take my vitals then actually has handed me my phone and asked me to write a review - my operation was done on my right hand... No doctor, sister, nurse, anyone actually even asked once how my health was, just came in took my vitals and went. We were supposed to get discharged by 5 but the doctors kept us waiting citing that the OT summary wasn't provided by the surgeon so the discharge note could not be made. We told them to call the surgeon and ask for it and for 2 hours they didn't do so and kept us hanging. Finally, taking matters into my own hands, I had to call the surgeon myself and ask him to send the required data to the hospital staff. Even after this, no one has come in to explain me anything about my post-op care, diet, health precautions, etc.
Furthermore, when my mom went to ask about my post-op care, one nurse told her to visit the doc downstairs. Like, where is your hospitality? Asking a patient's family member to hunt for doctor's in your hospital and not actually taking the time to come and talk to your own patients?
Pissed at this treatment, I had to go and talk to their doctor who still had a very oh-I-don't-care about this attitude and was quite rude. I thought the day was past me, but upon reaching home I realised the doctors had left 2 ECG monitors still strapped on my chest - 12 hours post surgery.
If I could give a no star review to this hospital, I very well would. If you are looking for patient care, hospitality, quiet and peaceful time at the hospital where you or your loved ones could blissfully recover, ADITI HOSPITAL IS NOT IT.
Received immediate emergency attention. Care in ICU is good. Excellent consultant advice. Best doctors in Mulund come for visit. We received treatment from Dr Kunal Gala, Dr Nikhil Kedia, Dr Ameya Chavan.
Smooth admission process with less delay.
Apart from medical attention, all nursing and supporting staff are good. Mavshis and Mamas are well trained and care for the patient. Clean and hygienic conditions.
I recently visited Aditi Hospital, Mulund, for my father’s surgery and my experience was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Dr. Bhavin Poojara – his expertise, calm approach, and clear communication made all the difference. He takes time to explain everything in detail, listens patiently, and ensures his patients feel comfortable and confident with their treatment. His reassuring nature and professionalism truly stand out. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful. The hospital maintains a very clean and well-organized environment, which immediately gives a sense of comfort and trust.
The doctors are highly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring patients feel confident and well-informed. What I appreciated the most was their patience, empathy, and the personal attention given at every stage of treatment. The nurses and support staff were equally caring and prompt, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The facilities, hygiene standards, and overall patient care are truly commendable. Billing and administrative processes were also handled efficiently without unnecessary delays.
If you’re looking for a hospital in Mulund that combines professional medical expertise with genuine care, Aditi Hospital is an excellent choice.
Highly satisfied and grateful ❤️
