The reception staff is very rude. I have personally seen them shouting at patients who are already exhausted due to their illness. Instead of speaking politely and showing understanding, they start screaming at patients, including senior citizens.
Another issue is regarding medical reports. Patients receive calls informing them that their reports are ready, but when they arrive to collect them, they are asked to wait because the reports are still being prepared. This causes unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
The staff should be more professional, respectful, and considerate toward patients and their families.
I have been visiting this lab to do my ecg and 2d echo tests for the past year. Although I book my tests through another app, Aarti Scans are reasonably priced.
Service is prompt and professional. Even if there is a delay, they inform you courteously. The supervisor there is very empathetic and professional. She promptly provides solutions to any issues that arise
I've had no problems so far on my visits. There is always scope for improvement but overall a good service
The founders vision to provide reasonable priced tests and processes is commendable
When i read few reviews here i was worried about the treatment and facilities , i booked appointment for usg color doppler , it was very smoothly done without much waiting time .. evrything was on time and smooth functioning . The staff were really very good there was no problm in conversation they were very helpful. I read the reviews about bad service which i felt its not true at all . The main thing is the chrges of evrything is very affordable as compared to other private centers . I would recommend this place for all services 👍🏻

The staff at the Andheri East centre is very helpful & cooperative.
The cost of the various tests & scans is reasonable and centre facilities are clean & well maintained.
However there can be a long wait time especially for MRI Scan.
Staff courtesy is good. Lot of facilities and very reasonable. Well maintenance and found clean and caring staff. I really appreciate the services are offered in such a low cost so obviously it will always be crowded. It is cloaed to Andheri station east side. Very convinient.
Just a thing that it takes long time and Waiting hours which is bearable and i wish them a very best wishes and keep it up the service like this. So glad and thanks for the services.
