I had booked an appointment here for full body checkup through my company. I went there at 10 am on a weekday. My blood test and ECG were completed within half an hour. I was told to come back at 5 pm for the Echo scan as the doctor was not available in the morning.
Overall a smooth experience and the staff was very professional.
The worst service ever I have experienced in any lab. My quadruple marker test reports were supposed to come after 5days but it took 7 days. That too after multiple i.e more than 50 xallas in a day I made to the lab. They have no autonomy or any concern for patients. Bcz of them I had to cancel my appointment with my doctor. I would really not suggest this lab if your test are very very important.
Pathetic experience
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a confirmed appointment for sonography at this centre. After waiting, I was informed by the doctor that the sonography could not be performed because there were pending reports to be completed first, and doing only the sonography would not allow the report to be prepared.
This internal dependency between report preparation and the scan itself was never communicated at the time of booking or registration. Due to this scheduling and workflow failure, the procedure was cancelled on the same day.
Instead of providing a proper solution or rescheduling, I was given a handwritten note and asked to visit another scanning centre. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, loss of time, and stress, especially for a medical test that was pre-planned.
Patients should not be impacted due to internal backlogs, report delays, or coordination issues within the centre. Better transparency, communication, and operational management are clearly required. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre.
Total chaos and zero professionalism! I came with my pregnant wife and they told me exactly which documents I needed, so I showed up the next day ready for my test. Guess what? Suddenly they demand an extra “consent form” that’s mysteriously “not available.” “Come back tomorrow, we can’t do it now. We dont have staff.” Seriously? Pure mismanagement.
Lab doctors are just roaming outside in customer committed time slot ignoring desperate customers waiting in line. No knowledge, no accountability—they’re literally torturing patients with this nonsense. Would’ve lost my cool if I wasn’t holding back. Embarrassing joke of a lab. Go anywhere else!
When i complaint on helpline number of lab they answered me like sir we cant force doctors of they are not available, it is headache to replace doctors……seriously ?
Can someone advise me if i can complaint about this in consumer court ? I will check that now Or suggest where can i go because i totally frustrated.
Such a disappointing scan center this is. Yesterday I visited this scan center for Chest Xray PA View for my husband. We visited at 11:00 am, we were asked to sit for a while,while we did not have an issue waiting but what we felt was the girls at the reception are very very unprofessional having a laid back attitude. We went within our appointment window but were made to wait for 30 minutes, although technician was available,the people at the reception didn't make the entry in the system due to which the technician wasn't able to see the entry at his end. With a lot of pestering they transferred the file n finally we could get the xray done waiting for another 20 mins to get the xray film and we're told that we will receive the reports by evening. It's been more than 24 hours since we got the test done no reports have been given. From the morning i called 3 times and was told that the reports are not ready yet as the reports are checked in Chennai n since it's a weekend there's a delay. This is the first time in the history of medical field that reports are getting delayed because of a weekend wherein doctors n lab technicians are working 24/7 in most places. It's not about the delay in report that's causing the itch here it's about the laid back attitude and lack of coordination between the members at this centre. The people working here are extremely unprofessional, people sitting at the front desk are slow n are mostly involved in personal chit chat banter than attending to the customers. They are unable to share appropriate information with customers and lack professional attitude. While I m still waiting for my reports I would like to suggest customers to refrain from going to this scan center for your health scan n report needs. They might charge lesser as compared to other scan centres but that low cost for scans n reports comes at a price that you might pay for the most important thing that's your health. I had booked this scan using my Bajaj health service provider and I have submitted a detailed feedback about this scan center to Bajaj so they do not recommend this scan center to customers.
