I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the painting service provided by your company. I engaged your services with the expectation of professional and high-quality work. However, my experience has been disappointing.
You assigned a third-party local team to carry out the work. Unfortunately, the team was unprofessional, and their workmanship was substandard. Despite the service being completed, I have encountered numerous issues within just one month, i had contact apka paint team but its have been 8 month they just making us fool..
One of the most pathetic service, they just give work to some local contractor at 60% cost. It's just like an aggregator business they are not in to doing paint themselves.
No support and compete waste of money and time. No one takes responsibility of the quality of work they deliver. I had to get 6 coat of the most expensive paint (Royal Aspire) and still it's pathetic. Extremely poor quality of painting.
Dnt even deserve half star. Do not recommend them, better get painted from Asian paint directly or get some local painter.
We are particularly happy with Aapkapainter because of the speed of work completion and cleanliness. Our office was full of furniture and carpet was laid. Post completion of painting, I don't see a single spec of paint dropped on my carpet. I wish Aapkapainter the best for future growth
Sumit was very helpful and supportive. He was always available and responsive to our queries.
He gave very good suggestions when we were choosing the colour shades.
He worked well with the other workers like the carpenter and finished the project well in time.
He was responsible and pleasant.
We had a very good experience with Sumit.
I needed my house painted after my tenants left and my original painters cancelled on me. I did a quick Google search and aapkapainter came up first, I decided to just try them out and I definitely did not regret my decision. I gave them a call and within 15 mins they arranged someone to come look at my house and the person arrived within an hour or so. He gave a quote and started the work within a day. The quality of the work is top notch and Sumit who was appointed to me was a very polite and dedicated gentleman and helped all along the way.
I would definitely recommend them if you want a hassle free experience with reasonable rates at good quality. Will definitely hire them again.
