We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Aaji Ghar for the exceptional care, compassion, and dignity with which our beloved aunt, Moti, was looked after during her most vulnerable days.

From the very beginning, the home felt warm, welcoming, and deeply compassionate—a place where elders are not just treated as patients, but as family. The dedication of the entire 35-member team is truly remarkable. The doctor, Dr. Ruchi, the nurses Aradhana and Rekha, the admin staff Pooja and Nagma, and the counselor Purva—each one of them displayed outstanding professionalism, patience, and empathy. Their affectionate care often exceeded what many elders sadly experience even within their own families.

The 24/7 round-the-clock care, personalized attention, physiotherapy sessions, prayer meets, and meaningful one-on-one interactions brought immense comfort to our aunt. We always felt reassured knowing that emergency medical services were immediately available through their tie-up with Bell Vue Hospital.

Our aunt Moti was a dementia patient, suffering from severe insomnia and episodes of aggression. Despite the many challenges, the staff cared for her with extraordinary patience and kindness—never once complaining, even when she occasionally became violent. Their calm handling, emotional strength, and unwavering commitment will forever stay in our hearts.

We would especially like to thank Aradhana and the other nurse who accompanied Moti Aunty in the ambulance—their support during that critical moment was beyond valuable. After she was shifted back to Aaji Ghar, the round-the-clock palliative care ensured that our Masi’s final hours were peaceful, comfortable, and free from pain. For that, we will always be grateful.

Your team’s dedication truly made a profound difference in our lives during an incredibly difficult time. We cannot thank you enough for your compassion, service, and humanity.

I also want to thank the entire team of D.N Nagar centre for the tremendous dedication and care to save the health of my mother from the very serious condition. She was seriously unwell and had to be hospitalized and was not too good even after returning. But the care of the staff really improved her condition now.

We availed of the Elder Care facility at the DN Nagar Centre for a relative for almost six months, and the experience has been truly pleasant. Our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Aradhana, Ms. Purva, Manish, Mohammed, Dr. Ruchi, and all the nursing and administrative staff for their care and support.

My mother was in Aaji care facility at D N Nagar, Andheri West for nearly 1.5 years. With my personal experience I can say that it is one of the best facilities for elderly people. Even at very old age of my mother she received utmost love and care from the staff. The staff is truly professional in behaviour and is very well trained for any kind of emergencies as well. Right from Dr Rucha, Ms Aradhana , Ms Rekha and all the staff members gave utmost help and support to my mother. The daily routine which includes exercises, activities, entertainment etc kept my mother in good condition. Timely medical checks and reporting kept us update on her health. My mother received love from all the staff members as like she was at her own home. Unfortunately my mother passed away peacefully last week at the centre but till her last she received full empathy and support from team Aaji care for which I shall always remain grateful. They also helped me in all the administrative formalities after her sad demise. I would strongly recommend Aaji care Centre as the best choice for elderly people.
