Very Poor experience dealing with them.... they promised delivery on a particular date and at the time of delivery (this was after speaking with the manager Chirag about the timelines and which were as per his convenience). Chirag was absolutely unprofessional and would not even take calls to give me a status for 3 full days... I had to send my driver to the workshop and only then I got to know that no work was done them,... only that the engine was kept open with wheels removed. very unprofessional and casual attitude...
A superb experience dealing with these good folks -- I was on the lookout for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 205/45 ZR 17 (super rare, given their iffy import stock schedules), and managed to find these here. They shipped these to me super promptly (I'm based on Gurgaon), and at a very reasonable price. Two thumbs all around!
They fixed our shock absorbers that were put in shoddily by another mechanic. It was great that they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it along with videos. We needed our car urgently too and they worked on it for two days straight. We are super grateful. Thank you!
