Extremely disappointing service from Zurich Kotak General Insurance. Mr. Dinesh Naik handled the matter very poorly. Instead of solving the issue, he talked rudely and showed no professionalism towards customers.

It's a decent general insurance company. The claim registration and claim settlement process is systematic but may take a bit time in some cases because of manpower constraint (e.g. in scenarios like surveyor is not present in the same city as that of body workshop of car).
Otherwise all in all as far as availing insurance is concerned, Kotak Zurich is fine.
