integrity and honesty and recommendations are 10/10. Very happy with the suspension overhaul that hIs team did for my car. Cost effective and oem parts. Also quick on turn around ! Very happy to have found ZAP and Zubin 🙏🏼👌
On the strong recommendation of my neighbour I took my Ertiga to ZAP Automobile for periodic servicing and suspension renewal/ repairs.
After the servicing whilst we were getting back my driver was so happy that he mentioned three times ki ' sir ab maza aa raha hai chalane mein.' He was so impressed. Further the charges are very reasonable and only on actuals.
Later I gave my BMW for servicing and the result was the same perfect performance.
I am very impressed with the work culture, personal relationship and ethics of ZAP Automobiles and strongly recommend all reading this to at least try once and you will not regret

I visited ZAP Automotive on a Saturday with a list of things to be done on my Volkswagen Polo, right from a radiator flush to a complete brake overhaul. Zubin, the owner of the workshop, was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything in detail while walking me through the work that needed to be done on my car.
Zubin is very knowledgeable and patiently attends to even the smallest queries one may have about their car. His team is also very courteous and friendly.
I am truly grateful to Zubin and his team for providing top-notch service. Thank you as well for patiently answering the hundreds of questions I had!
I will definitely be back soon, Zubin. Looking forward to seeing you again.
I have been servicing my Volkswagen Vento 1.6 TDI with Zap Automotive, Goregaon for the past year, and my experience has been excellent. Zubin, in particular, has been extremely supportive and resourceful. Instead of suggesting costly replacements, he always comes up with sustainable smart solutions that keep the car running smoothly while being cost-effective.
One of the standout aspects of their service is their ability to procure genuine Volkswagen spares or high-quality OEM parts whenever replacements are necessary during annual maintenance. This gives me confidence that my vehicle is being maintained to the right standards.
Beyond the quality of service, I must highlight Zubin’s accessibility and responsiveness. In case of a breakdown, he is always reachable and provides valuable advisory support. His preliminary guidance has helped me manage roadside issues effectively until proper assistance could be arranged, which is incredibly reassuring for any car owner.
Overall, Zap Automotive has proven to be reliable, transparent, and customer-focused. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy car servicing in Goregaon.
Thanks to Zubin and Team Zap for your excellent service. All the best !
Subject: A long-overdue thank you - BMW 320D Brake Repair
Hi Zuben,
I wanted to send a sincere thank you for the incredible work you did on my BMW 320D recently.
As you know, my brakes had been jamming for over a year, and despite my old mechanic's best efforts, the issue remained unresolved. It’s a huge relief to finally have the car driving safely and smoothly again. Your technical expertise and ability to diagnose what others couldn't really stand out.
I’m very impressed with the service at Zap Auto Service and will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.
Best regards,
Girish Shukla
