Great experience and great service from the team. Everything is so smooth, so i got the my Ray ZR within 5 days. Thanks to Suhas and Gayathri.
Although there is good rating for the showroom but what i experienced was completely opposite.
I purchased Fascino in cash and apparently that was the only piece available and after payment, I requested to put the said scooty in garage and not on display which was not done and after 2 days i have to again indulge in crosstalks for the same.
Then came the delivery which was delayed and was given without a gaurd which was promised to be installed by sending a mechanic over to my place and guess WHATT, after numerous calls i was compelled to visit the showroom personally as if they are the costumers and i am trying to sell them something.
Now over to the RC delivery which is now over 2 weeks due and on enquiry I was told to visit RTO and get the updates as their job ends once they receive the payments.
It might be my experience and possibly they are good at what they do but guys BEAWARE.!!
Right from the beginning till end the process was smooth and showroom was responsive. All requests including PDI , test ride requests at random etc were all honoured.The Bike was delivered as per the committed date. Would recommend to give it a shot
Nice dealership. They have a range of bikes on display. Jai Sharma was helpful. I went to their service centre to enquire about customer reviews. All were Great. Mr Shivakumar was particularly helpful.
Great service. We got the RayZ scooter from them. Very quick turnaround time, good pricing, very good with the notifications and timeline.
