During initial stage there Executive had promised mevit will be refunded.but now they're making fool out of me.Even I had to twice for transcript 2 time and took almost 8 months.Now i personally telling you that they are fraud do not go for this Cheater consulting company
A total waste of time and money to use their “services”. I give them a 100/100 for their sales pitch and 0/100 for their work put in. Absolutely useless and pathetic. Don’t even consider taking up their service.

I need to clarify the reality of my experience. During the sales process, your team explicitly assured me of guaranteed interview opportunities and strong communication, which heavily influenced my decision to proceed. However, after payment, I repeatedly had to follow up myself, often daily, just to receive minimal or generic responses, far from the proactive support I was promised.
Furthermore, the resume created for me was clearly generated using generic chatbot formatting, lacking any deep personalization or industry-specific tailoring. This contradicts your claim of “international standards” and “strategic crafting.” There was no evidence of targeted employer outreach or meaningful marketing of my profile.
If your services do not guarantee interviews, as your reply now emphasises, then your sales process should not suggest otherwise. The expectation was built by your own consultants; it was not imagined by me.
My review stands as a reflection of unmet expectations, overstated promises, and disappointing delivery.
I had a terrible experience with Y-Axis Overseas. It’s been almost 2 years, and I haven’t received any invite from the Australian immigration system. Initially, they promised quick results within 3–6 months, but after taking the money, they kept changing sales and authorized persons. I had submitted all the required documents along with PTE score.
Whenever I asked for updates, their responses were rude and unprofessional. They pressure you to pay urgently, claiming there’s a limited-time offer, but once payment is done, there’s no proper follow-up or support.
Everything they say in the beginning is fake promises. Please don’t fall for their marketing tricks — it’s a complete waste of money and time. Avoid Y-Axis! Not even worth of 1 star.
I have taken special services for Job and resume marketing. The sales team and other teams make false Claims of how their services can provide at least 15 interviews in 3 months. With all evaluations completed that too is paid.
Then once you pay the entire fees and sign the agreement, they fail to provide 3 interviews in 3 months and blame the market situation or language barrier, whereas these points were already discussed before submitting the agreement. Their Market teams are pretty bad. Service teams are still fine. But you can always opt for another company's services which done exaggerate their success. If you are looking for just the visa and related services their work is still fine but the fees are too high so always go for cheaper ones.
One of the worst immigration consultants I’ve ever dealt with. I was in touch with Vikas, who assured me that interviews would be arranged and that I’d be trained for them. It’s been over 6 months now, and I haven’t received even a single interview call. To make matters worse, Vikas stopped answering my calls. When I followed up, one colleague claimed he had left the job, while another said he was still working there. This clearly shows the lack of transparency and professionalism.
They charged me ₹70,000 but delivered absolutely nothing in return. It feels like a complete fraud. Meanwhile, I see people posting reviews about getting interview calls within a month, which looks like nothing more than paid reviews. Honestly, they don’t even deserve a single star. I would never recommend Y-Axis to anyone.
If you think I will let this matter go, you are mistaken. This is my hard-earned money, and I will not give up on it so easily. Be prepared to face the consequences
