Third class delivery service.
Their feedback link always shows expired.
I has a return from AJIO. They issued return process on 2 days and on 2 days they didn't even call me and sent a message that I have said that I'm not able to return the item today.
On third day xpressdelivery initiated another return process and then I called their executive from the given number on message. They came and I shared my OTP and they took the item. And now they are saying that the token of the item is missing. I have handed over all the packaging with the item. Your feedback links are not working. You have no proper customer care facilities to interact.
How dare you to question me for calling you as third class?

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Xpress delivery thane branch. My parcel was delayed for almost a month, only for me to later find out that it had been completely destroyed—apparently, it was eaten by rats. I was informed that I was eligible for a full refund of 580 rupees for the delivery cost plus an additional 1000 rupees for the damages. However, instead of resolving the issue, the owner Rishi Tibrewal and his staff started offering excuses and eventually stopped answering my calls.
While I had 2–3 good experiences with the staff in my previous deliveries, the owner Rishi Tibrewal was consistently rude and highly unprofessional. In the end, he ignored my calls, leaving my issue completely unresolved.
I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided, especially Rishi, who was always available 24/7 and never left a message or call unanswered. Your brilliant service both internationally and domestically, has never disappointed me. This level of dedication is sure to attract new customers and keep existing ones loyal. I highly recommend your service!
