Extremely disappointing experience.
The bed delivered had a damaged center panel, and despite assurances from the carpenter that it would be replaced, nothing has been done even after 48 hours.
What’s more concerning is that a fraudulent 5-star rating was submitted in my name without my consent. I raised this twice with customer care and was promised a resolution — it’s been over 4 days and no one has followed up.
The delivery and installation process was equally frustrating — no confirmed timelines, missed appointments, unresponsive store, and complete disregard for the customer’s time.
Overall, a very unprofessional experience with zero accountability. Not what you expect when purchasing premium furniture.
The nightmare didnt end here...
I was then contacted by Keerthi from Wooden Street and had to explain the entire issue again. She assured me that she would investigate and revert within 24 hours. Even after giving it 48 hours, there was no response or visible effort to resolve the issue.
Shockingly, the replacement plank only arrived on 22nd April — it took them longer to manufacture and deliver one plank than the entire bed. Despite assurances from Keerthi that she would expedite the process, nothing was done.
It has now been 4 days since the replacement arrived, and it is still lying unattended at my home with no installation scheduled.
The sales and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing. There is zero accountability, poor communication, and no urgency to resolve customer issues.
To make matters worse, I noticed a 5-star rating submitted from my account, which I never posted. When questioned, I was told it could have been done by the store staff while handling my phone for my billing details — which is highly unethical.
If this is how they handle problems, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. It’s not just about making a mistake — it’s about how you fix it. And in this case, they simply disappeared.
Left installation work incomplete.I strongly do not recommend this store if they cannot even complete a simple bed installation properly.They said that you will get call from carpenter.Now they are saying that it will take 48-72 bussiness days. They can't arrange carpenter for simple work. At the time of buying they will follow up every day but after buying if default happens they don't care.vey poor service
We bought a three-seater sofa from WoodenStreet, and the central support broke after 14 months. The product is now just out of warranty, so no assistance was provided.
Regardless of warranty, a sofa’s wooden structure should last several years. This experience questions the overall quality and durability of their furniture

They will show and do everything to sell the product but afterwards their customer service is pathetic.
I bought bed in Sept 2025 and it's internal support frame came off on 8th November. I registered complaint for fixing, but even after multiple calls, they have still not fixed it. It's 20th Nov today.
Now they are saying it will take another 5-7 days to arrange carpenter.. in city like Mumbai..? U need 15 days? They do not care about after-sales service. You google or see their twitter handle, you will find numerous complaints.
Do not buy anything from them..! You will repent..

It's 22 Nov. and still the issue is pending.. still waiting for carpenter.. they have closed ticket at their end mentioning we have arranged carpenter.
Updated: 29/09/2025 - Wooden Street team reached out to us and helped improve the quality of the work, which should have not existed initially. Changed rating from 3 to 5 stars for the customer feedback experience post review.

We ordered a wardrobe and study table but were not informed they would arrive separately, the wardrobe came first, while the table was delayed by 15 days. We only found out after repeatedly asking, leaving us without a table for 2 weeks.
Even after delivery, installation took 5 more days despite a 48-hour promise, and we had to constantly follow up. The sales rep misled us about carpenter availability, and when they finally came, they were rude and left a mess. The entire process, from delivery timelines to installation and staff behavior, was highly unprofessional and needs major improvement.
Further the quality of the products is bad.
1) The wardrobe doors don’t close properly.
2) They do not remain open also, always having to stop it from closing.
3) The study table shelf has doors that do not close properly.
4) The drawers do not slide in together. One has to slide it one after the other. One drawer remains open.
