Three-seater sofa purchased from WoodenStreet. Middle support broke in just 14 months. Since it’s slightly outside warranty, they refused repair.
A sofa frame should not fail this easily. Very disappointing quality and after-sales support
I recently purchased a king size sofa cum bed and I would like to mention the pleasant service we received from the store representatives at Andheri west location. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided us well. He was friendly, patient and provided us options per our requirements, budget, and helped arrange the shipping service smoothly. The team that came to deliver was prompt in communicating with us each day until the product reached our home and was safely installed. The whole experience was smooth. Highly recommend this store!
I bought 2 sofa units, 2 chairs, a center table and a bed from Wooden street. Most of my furniture pieces were delivered on time except for the sofas.
But the quality is top notch. Hence giving it 4 stars.
Post order booking, customer service could be ramped up by being in touch with the customers till the delivery of the furniture.
We recently had a great experience at the Wooden Street store, where my wife and me had visited to finalize our purchase of a king size bed.
We came to store after going through all options on their website first.
At the Andheri West store, we were attended to by Nabeel, who was patient in answering all our queries, and even took time to assist in all our payment and delivery queries.
