Very good service immediately action and solve the problem
The services provided by them has gone down for sure. I have had two bad experiences this year with them !
1. The water filter AMC of 12 months , has reduced to 3 services instead of 4 after signing the contract.. so why call it a yearly service then ?? They have no answer to that . !!
2. I hired them for AC service for 3 split ac + 1 window ac . The Window ac , after servicing he says motor is not working . So paid to change the motor , Ac started making a loud weird sound after new motor was fixed .. so I was told thats how window ac makes a noise and it will stop after few days. It never stopped and the ac still doesn’t work . As the motor was not needed or something else was needed or maybe ac was meant to be discarded. But this service agency thought they could make more money from a non working Ac.
They either have bad servicing staff or it’s just money making tactics. . Most service providers are same Nowdays . Sadly Mr Jagdish ( the owner ) is no better.
He also never calls back or answer the phone . I had to call him from two different numbers to get to him. And he said will call back with a solution. Hasn’t called till date.
Kindly never take their Sevices of any kind they are not trustworthy !!
This shop is almost always closed, and no one is available to attend or respond to customers. It’s unacceptable that Google continues to list sellers who are not active or responsive. Such listings mislead customers, waste their time, and damage trust in Google’s platform. If a seller cannot maintain basic customer service or availability, they should not be listed publicly.
Extremely poor service. My RO hasnt worked properly since getting it serviced it from here. Even after multiple calls no one picks up and even if they pick they make false promises to send the technician.
I feel cheated and defrauded to have paid them 4-5k for RO service
Really good service. Technicians are experienced and polite. Quick and effective service.
