We would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service and delicious food provided — everything related to hospitality and catering was truly commendable. However, we were quite disappointed with the decoration arrangements. The main highlight of the event was unfortunately spoiled because the pyro setup did not work as planned. It was a very important moment for us, and the failure of that element left us feeling quite disheartened. We truly hope this feedback is taken constructively so that such issues can be avoided in the future, as everything else was handled beautifully.
Vishal Banquet Hall is an excellent venue for every celebration. It comfortably accommodates 300–400 guests, making it ideal for both intimate and grand gatherings. The staff is attentive and ensures every guest is well taken care of. The food quality is outstanding, adding to the overall delightful experience.
