Absolutely terrible experience with Vikas Traders on Flipkart. I ordered a brand-new Asus VivoBook S15 (16GB RAM, 512GB storage), but what I received raised serious doubts about whether it was new at all.
Yes, the laptop looked good on the outside, but that’s exactly how you mask a problem. It felt like a used or refurbished device being passed off as new. Charging full price for something that doesn’t match the claim is completely misleading.
This seller clearly prioritizes making a quick sale over being honest with customers. There is a serious lack of transparency and basic professionalism here, which is unacceptable when dealing with expensive electronics.
Thankfully, I returned the product within the return window — otherwise I would have been stuck with a potentially faulty device and major repair costs down the line.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Vikas Traders. If you still choose to buy, double-check everything immediately, because appearances can be very deceptive.
