I visited Sounds Good Clinic for my mother's hearing difficulties. While her hearing problem has existed for many years, I had no idea that there is something beyond hearing aid usage that would be needed in her case. She has been served by a number of professionals in the past but Dr. Vidhi Bhagat hit the nail with her treatment. While others concentrated only on fitting my mother with a hearing aid, Dr. Vidhi did a detailed evaluation and then worked on her audition training and maximised the benefit she got from her hearing aids. I was surprised to see how much better my mother's hearing ability got with these systematic and tailored sessions. My gratitude for the compassion and expertise that was brought to the treatment.
