Had a wonderful experience with Vahaan Travels for our recent Ashtavinayak Darshan. The entire 3-day trip was seamless. Our driver was very professional, knew the routes to all eight temples perfectly, and ensured we reached each destination safely and on time. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for the long journey
This is 4th time we booked car from vahaan travel, we have very good experience with this travel, management is very very good, we didn't find any difficultly in all trip's. Just book car from vaahan travel and enjoy your trip without any tension. Their rates are very reasonable and cars are in good condition.
I requested for brand newToyota Innova Krista from Vahaan Travel, for outstation trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar for three nights four days as we were four senior citizens and wanted a comfortable ride with good dependable driver from Rahul of Vahaan travel. After my confirming the quotation, he sent me old Toyota Krista from other unknown travel agent. Our driver knew the driving well but he was very arrogant and irresponsible. Driver responded to our phone calls at his whims after two/three unanswered calls from us.at the resort, he will not park his car in the resort premises where parking was available. He will take 15/20 minutes to come to pick us from Reception. He will talk angrily with us, We informed Rahul and asked him to change the driver. Rahul apologized and explained that he will talk to driver and he will from now on behave properly. Driver in fact got angry saying that you are complaining to car owner. In the evening I called Rahul again and literally bagged him to change this driver.Rahul politely apogized again and assured he will change his behavior. During our stay for 3 nights, we could hardly covered 25 km. in Mahabaleshwar with him. On day of returning we called driver at 9.00 am. he came late. We reached Pune by 5.00pm. He sopped at Pune highway and went for food. Our friend couple had to reach Mumbai Airpot to catch a flight at 7.00 pm. We had to book Uber for him to reach in time. We finally reached Mumbai at my residence at 7.00 pm. I told Rahul that Uber expense had to be on his account. Rahul again politely declined. Vahaan Travel is very good and polite in talking and in apology, but when it comes to offering satisfactory service to clients they are USELESS. I wold not recommend Vahaan travel.
I had a fantastic experience with Vahaan Travels. The drivers are respectful and arrived on time. I particularly appreciated the smooth driving. It made my trip to Mumbai completely stress-free. Highly recommended!
