The staff is good. And my experience was good. Must visit place
I got to this place seeing a sign on the street. Manam and Daya the managers welcomed me in, they were very nice, patient and respectful. To my suprise, it is a very good spa. Clean, well maintained and has a nice relaxing feel. The massage was good and the masseuse was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I am happy with this location. Will come back next time I am in mumbai.
Good experience! The staff was friendly and offered a clean room . The massage therapist was polite and ask of pressure was alright 👍 clean spot in juhu better than the spas in lokhandwala. And they were helpful enough to even get me a rickshaw on the way out !

Kinnah and honey were amazing! The whole team at URBAN LUXURY SPA ntastic makes you feel at home and very well maintained and hygienic spa. Must visit! Rajeshree is the best!

Had a very relaxing experience. It was my first visit. I look forward to coming back to another great experience. The combination of deep tissue, swedish & balinese techniques worked very well on me. sherya did a great job. was very hospitable & took time to explain the various treatments available at URBAN & help me select the one that suits my needs.
