We were having a leakage issue from our bathroom to flat below ours. We contacted Mr. Deep Jhaveri for the initial testing. Must say their reports helped us to properly identify the problem and its source. He suggested us the treatment that needs to be done which got done from them only. He doesnt make u fall into the trap of wrong suggestions. Their workers were very good and sincere at work. He had a regular supervision over the work. Every stage of work was done with proper cross checking. The clearance of rabit and cleaning of space was done responsibily by their team. Our leakage problem has been solved. I would definetely recommend their services.

Podium ceiling slab and expansion joint waterproofing by PU Injection Grouting and Gel Injection Grouting.

We were having continuous water leakage in podium ceiling at multiple patches and expansion joint of podium during rains.

We treated the slab from the top side from open to sky side but still it use to leak heavily.

Finally we got it treated from negative side by PU and Gel Injection Grouting from Mr. Deep Jhaveri Universal Waterproofing Works and finally we got it sorted.

Treatment was done during rains in 2022 and till date there is no leakage.

It leaked little from expansion joint may be due to the continuous vehicle movement over it but Universal and team got it rectified on a single call to them.
