Staff behaviour very Nice and cooperative
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this insurance company. The claim process has been very frustrating and unprofessional. My payment has been delayed for more than two months without any clear explanation or proper communication.
Their system is poorly managed and inefficient, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Every time I try to follow up, I receive vague responses with no real solution.
Additionally, the employees are not supportive or helpful. Instead of guiding customers properly, they seem uninterested and unresponsive. As a customer, I expected better service, transparency, and timely payment.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others unless they significantly improve their customer service and claim processing system.
My vehicle number ended with 2374. I registered a claim for the same due to some unwanted incident happenings with me .I got very committed and responsible treatment from the Universal Sompo claim team. Hassle free approval, liability. Thanks to Universal Sompo and recommend to all.
