Pathetic call serviceI called to inquire about the services your company provides, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The person who answered the call denied my request within seconds, without even listening to my full query.
Is this how potential customers are treated when they reach out for information? This kind of response comes across as unprofessional and dismissive. I was genuinely interested in your services, but this interaction has left a very negative impression.

I called the company for my LG washing Machine repair. Technician was punctual and hard working and completed the task on time.
The person never arrived at my location it's been 2 days they are like 1 hrs hrs and it's been 2 days worst experience ever
He came immediately but mentioned apart when I said it's exp he said he'd reduce it and dropped the price but realised I'll get anew micro in the repair cost,the exec went on being dramatic"mei dusra kaam leave kiyaa aap bola urgent Hai nei kaam leave kiya" so I was like obvio I'll c first wats rhe cost repair then I'll pay ..so ya neware
Mr. Pravin attended to my call and knew immediately what was wrong with the cooling in my refrigerator. He immediately undertook the job, had the relevant spares, and restored the fridge back again. He was also going to service my washing machine but since it was a time constraint, I will call him some other dry day. I strongly would recommend him to anyone. Great job!! And thankyou.
