Went there for inceeasing the speed of my HP Laptop and general repair. The owner was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needs to be done and quote price for the same which seemed reasonable. He gave the laptop next day and have used it since then and fully satisfied with the service and product upgrade
Hey guys just wanted to share my experience that was on 21st august 2025. Firstly I had a call with owner regarding the service charge of assembling my old cabinet parts to a new one. I had 2-3 calls around this thing deciding the price and timing. Over last call the owner gave me a price of ₹750 and asked me to come now. When I reached shop the people working there called the owner and asked the service charge. Now the price they were demanding me was 1k for the same.
I wouldn’t mind giving 250₹ extra but the above incident shocked me.
I myself took 2 cabinets from my home to their shop which wasted my time energy plus the auto fare.
I generally don't give feedback on google review but this incident made me to do so.
I hope they understand the value of customers!!!
Good supportive staff along with better deals specially in Microsoft Surface. Also this shop provides repair services, means all computer and laptop requirements under one roof.
These guys are robbers don’t know anything about the laptop just to remove my laptop password they charged me 350 rupees( which was never informed before) but couldn’t remove my password hence changed it, which anyone could’ve done at their home, when I refused to pay 350 all the staff started abusing me and when asked to show the CCTV footage where the staff members informed me about 350 rupees they were not ready to do that and started abusing me. Please don’t ever visit this store.
