Today, I went to Borivali West branch of Unimoni Financial Services Ltd. for exchange of USD to Rupees. I am very glad to say that the service rendered by the staff there in viz. Ms. Aishwarya is excellent. She is very courteous for providing each and every detail I asked for. I once again thanks to Ashwarya for providing a prompt service.
Very poor experience with Unimoni Financial Services Ltd (Sumer Nagar, Borivali West). Staff (Sanjay & Aishwariya) made false promises of completing my INR 25 lakh transfer to Dubai within 24–48 hours, but delayed it until 4th–6th April. Because of this, I suffered a loss of around ₹1.5 lakh due to rate changes. They also charged higher exchange rates and were not transparent—SWIFT copy was shared late and showed actual processing only on 6th April. Felt completely misled. Not recommended.
This centre of Unimoni (Borivali) has two big assets, Ashwariya and Omkar. You guys were so helpful in doing the forex process. Your suggestion of voyzer card was really a lifesaver. Now on you guys are my first preference for me or my relatives international trips.
Had a great experience in getting my Forex currency. Aishwarya was very polite and swift in getting my job done.
