Dear Madam,
This is a very disappointing Service that I am experiencing.
1. I made full payment for a year on the 21st of Feb '26. - Till today NO Agreement Copy / Payment Receipt / Service Card details are shared.
2. After the First service on 21st, Until today , there is ZERO '0' effect seen. Not a single insect seen effected.
3. On Friday you promised a re-visit on 28th for inspection and action. BUT no one came & No one even bothered to call.
I am very doubtful of your company / service now .
You have 2 options
a) Give an Effective Service
b) Refund the money and close the matter.

Very Poor service. Once you pay the amount no one bothers to respond. After their initial service there was no result even after 15 days. When contacted couple of times, they were ignoring the messages or just replying with a simple “K” and nothing happens after that.
I am so impressed and grateful for the service we received. Our technician was incredibly sincere and hardworking, really listening to our concerns. He did an absolutely perfect and thorough job, and you can tel he genuinely cares about doing things right, It feels so good to have the problem completely solved and handled so professionally. I honestly couldn't be happier with the work done!
Very poor service . Has deteriorated even more over past few years. They will
Convince you to take a 1 year subscription and assure you that in case any pests come they will do a “free service “ since we have 1 yr subscription . All a fraud . Have reached out to them multiple times over past 1 week. The pests keep coming and these people don’t care once the yearly premium is paid .
EDIT - They responded and did a good job AFTER I posted a (genuine ) adverse review !
