Disappointed with the service. The response time was very slow, and the experience was not as expected
UMEPL is abruptly and instantly blocking non-copy righted videos of so many persons, under some or the other pretexts. In maximum cases, the materials do not belong to UMEPL. Some materials belong to the period of more than 50 years when the company did not even exist. Some material is not even studio-recorded. Still UMEPL blocks and deprives millions by blocking and taking more than a week to restore.
Unprofessional and rude people work here. No concern for other's time and effort. Not trustworthy! Be ready for surprises when it comes to commitments! Unorganised and laid back attitude.
