We haven't received any response from them. We sent them a sample of the product for packaging. But we haven't received any call from them even if we are calling there is no response from their sales person.
We had ordered filter press machine and entire semiautomatic mosquito repellent filling line with label applicator. Working perfect since last 3 years. Some operational and maintenence issues promptly handle by them.
I purchased this product one year ago. However, I am being charged very high fees even for normal service, which is disappointing.
The service quality has been poor and does not match the charges being taken. Additionally, the same product that is available in the market for around ₹7,000 is being sold here for ₹17,000, which feels unfair and misleading.
i am customer for vertical ss band sealer machine. Packaging and transportation was excellent. Machine assembly did required expertise skills. Machined assembled in vertical position. Machine operation found to be smooth and ok. Only concern what we see scope of modification in design as the machine try to sag in front due to weight of the gear motor assembly and machine has only two leg support. I suggest additional bracket as support for both legs or stronger leg support to avoid machine assembly bending forward.
