I order EC90 electrolyte ICA on 7 June but still after 20 day I not get material of electrolyte pack, that machine is close system and I not able to run sample since 20 day so care full some time company have inventory problem so be care full this close system machine

They give offers for low grade quality machine

Spare parts cost more than machinery cost

This is to inform you that I am not satisfy with your service department of west Delhi, No one is responding in same day regarding after raising the requirements and problem.
Transasia is not in good service level I understand better after using this company product. Not any exceptional quality in Transasia Company.
Its my experience with Transasia service persons.
Very bed experience with transasia. Reagents are not available. We ordered cell counters reagents 2 months back but not getting supply from the company. We follow up minimum 5 to 6 times daily from last one week but no one is responding or responsible. We are not able to use instrument due to unavailable of reagents from last 7 days. We lost huge business and now we are in trouble. Strongly not recommend to go for transasia.
Dear sir my brother bought your products for first time trusting the company name and reputation. Sales team particularly in Mumbai is best, he bought three machines from Mr Yalguresh for EM 200 , H 360 and ECL 105 and the service is excellent. He is the Zonal manager who logically explained and convinced him to buy the machine. They really value customers who are using your products.
